Your Mission
Provide day-to-day end-user IT support and troubleshooting
Manage device provisioning for new hires and offboarding processes
Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security policies
Maintain IT asset management (Snipe-IT) as the source of truth for hardware inventory
Manage hardware procurement and lifecycle planning
Support identity and access management for internal systems
Maintain documentation and runbooks for IT processes
Compliance & Security
Support ISO 27001 endpoint controls and documentation
Ensure encryption, OS compliance, and patch management across devices
Conduct periodic access reviews
Support audit preparation and evidence collection
Business Operations Support
Prepare inputs for bookkeeping and financial documentation
Assist management with investor reporting preparation
Help streamline internal workflows and automate operational processes
Support administrative coordination across teams

Maintain secure and compliant endpoint infrastructure

Reduce operational workload on the DevOps team
Improve efficiency and automation in internal business administration processes
Your Profile
Experience in IT Operations / Internal IT / Corporate IT
Hands-on experience with device management or MDM platforms
Experience with asset management systems (e.g., Snipe-IT)
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
Ability to improve processes and automate manual workflows
Comfortable working across both technical operations and business administration
Hybrid work setup with 2 days onsite per week in Hennigsdorf (near Berlin) and the remaining days remote
Opportunity to take ownership of corporate IT, endpoint management, and operational processes
Work directly with the Founders and Managing Directors on operational and organizational topics
Work closely with the DevOps/Infrastructure team, enabling them to focus on cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and security architecture
Contribute to building structured IT operations and secure endpoint infrastructure
Play a role in improving internal workflows, automation, and operational efficiency across teams
