* Provide day-to-day end-user IT support and troubleshooting
* Manage device provisioning for new hires and offboarding processes
* Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security policies
* Maintain IT asset management (Snipe-IT) as the source of truth for hardware inventory
* Manage hardware procurement and lifecycle planning
* Support identity and access management for internal systems
* Maintain documentation and runbooks for IT processes
Compliance & Security
* Support ISO 27001 endpoint controls and documentation
* Ensure encryption, OS compliance, and patch management across devices
* Conduct periodic access reviews
* Support audit preparation and evidence collection
Business Operations Support
* Prepare inputs for bookkeeping and financial documentation
* Assist management with investor reporting preparation
* Help streamline internal workflows and automate operational processes
* Support administrative coordination across teams

* Maintain secure and compliant endpoint infrastructure
* Establish structured IT operational processes
* Reduce operational workload on the DevOps team
* Improve efficiency and automation in internal business administration processes
Your profile
Your Profile
* Experience in IT Operations / Internal IT / Corporate IT
* Hands-on experience with device management or MDM platforms
* Experience with asset management systems (e.g., Snipe-IT)
* Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
* Ability to improve processes and automate manual workflows
* Comfortable working across both technical operations and business administration
