Sales Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
* Implement the annual, monthly and weekly work plan for the customer
* Visit customers to understand the needs and requirements on different products
* Complete tasks of market development and product sales
* Implement pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale customer service, and handle customer com plaints in a timely manner
* Investigate and collect customer and competitor information and make suggestions for the company to make market decisions
* Information collection and monitoring of the market performance of competitors' related products in the field of use and the OEM side
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or above in related field of study such as Business Administration, Mar keting or Mechatronical and Mechanical Engineering
* A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required
* Proficient in English and German, these are working languages corresponding to specific businesses
* Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems
* Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, clear thinking, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal communication, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit
* Foreign language such as Chinese, Polish or French is a plus
