What will you do?
As a Principal ERP Consultant with a specialization in Odoo, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects. This position requires strong autonomy, leadership in managing client relationships end-to-end, and strategic oversight of Odoo-based ERP implementations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Analysis & scoping:
Lead client meetings, assess business needs, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for optimization.
* Estimation & planning:
Evaluate project workload, develop commercial proposals in collaboration with technical and sales teams.
* Requirements translation:
Convert business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
* Project delivery & support:
Ensure successful project execution, maintain long-term client relationships, and provide post-go-live support.
* Team coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal and/or external functional and technical teams, acting as a senior advisor and reference point.
This offer is for you if:
1. You have at least 5 years of proven experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions;
2. You have knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
* You hold an Odoo certification (v16, 17, or 18);
* You have solid knowledge of core business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, CRM, etc.);
* You demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business needs;
* You are autonomous, responsible, and have outstanding interpersonal skills;
* You are experienced in project management and leading functional workshops;
* You speak French and English fluently. German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
