Customer Quality Engineer

Your Role
* Execute customer quality-related processes (APQP, safe introduction, change notification, incident resolution).
* Coordinate root cause analysis, containment, corrective and preventive actions.
* Handle customer incidents, including preparation of 8D reports in line with customer requirements.
* Define and manage task priorities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, meetings, and visits.
* Act as the main point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues.
* Initiate and manage escalations to safeguard customer expectations.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in electrical and/or quality engineering, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing.
* Knowledge of automotive quality standards, tools, and systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
* Familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., Weibull) and understanding of magnetic sensors/microcontrollers is a plus.
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
