Your tasks:
1. Development and implementation of communication strategies to increase brand awareness and address specific target groups
2. Planning, implementation and development of content for the respective platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube, WeChat, etc.) and target groups
3. Analyzing new social media trends, e.g. the use of VR/AR for product demonstrations and deriving/recommending their use within the communication mix
4. Coordination of internal and external resources for the creation of images, graphics, translations and other content
5. Networking with influencers and industry experts and developing partnerships with other brands and companies to achieve greater reach on relevant topics
6. Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing measures used and monitoring the available budget
7. Analyzing the performance of the various social media channels and creating regular reports and analysis of the competition

Your profile:
8. Completed studies in marketing, communication, social media, PR, or marketing-related training with relevant professional experience
9. Several years of professional experience in marketing, social media and PR
10. Advanced knowledge of social media management and content creation
11. Experience in working with external agencies and service providers
12. Creativity and a good feel for target group-oriented communication
13. Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
14. Very good communication skills in German and English, both orally and in writing
