A key position has become available for an experienced professional to manage critical partnerships in the maintenance sector.
Main Responsibilities:
* Optimize major maintenance contracts through performance, cost, and quality assessments
* Develop improvement plans by reviewing contract performance with providers and implementing enhancements
* Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned contracts to ensure optimal outcomes
* Serve as a commercial and operational interface between internal stakeholders and providers, fostering effective collaboration
* Enhance the administration of existing maintenance contracts through process improvements and interface development
* Design and refine contract structures, processes, and KPI monitoring systems to optimize the overall contract landscape
* Lead in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including demand evaluation, scoping, and tender preparation
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
* Significant experience in managing long-term contracts
* Experience in scoping, tendering, and negotiating maintenance contracts
* Experience in developing and managing KPI-monitoring systems
* Excellent understanding of numbers, processes, and commercial relationships
* Ability to assess and understand new situations and data quickly
* Demonstrated ability to achieve goals with a high degree of assertiveness and strong commercial drive
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex relations transparently
* Fluency in English and German
* Willingness to travel
