Metric Bio are partnered with an Global Leading CDMO looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of Chemistry and Biology laboratory departments, driving operational excellence, team performance, quality compliance, and strategic growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on site success, business performance, and future development initiatives.
What Youll Do
* Lead and develop multidisciplinary laboratory teams and department heads.
* Drive operational excellence across GMP-regulated analytical laboratories.
* Oversee site performance, resource planning, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Champion quality, compliance, safety, and innovation.
* Partner with senior leadership to shape the sites strategic direction and growth.
The perfect candidate will have:
* Scientific degree or equivalent qualification.
* Significant leadership experience within a GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
* Strong background in pharmaceutical analytics and laboratory operations.
* Experience in process optimization, Lean Management, and team development.
* Fluent German and English skills.
