In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Edge & Analytics Solutions and to GRSM for cRSP, working in close collaboration with key cRSP users. Your main responsibilities will include providing expert support to business teams on secure remote connection inquiries, adapting existing router configurations to meet evolving requirements, and troubleshooting connection issues. You will also assist customers and internal teams in reestablishing connections, configure new remote connections using either company-provided or customer hardware, and advise both customers and business units on establishing secure remote access via cRSP.How You’ll Make an Impact 
 1. Act as the primary point of contact for business teams on all matters related to cRSP and remote connections, ensuring timely troubleshooting and effective resolution of platform-related issues.
 2. Provide first-level support in configuring new remote connections between Siemens Energy and customers, enabling seamless and secure collaboration.
 3. Enhance connection security by applying your expertise in secure remote configuration to update and optimize existing customer connections in line with current standards and requirements.
 4. Assist management during audits to ensure compliance with certification frameworks such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443, while contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization.
 5. Support the establishment of regional cRSP hubs to address growing cybersecurity requirements from local authorities, working closely with regional teams to ensure successful implementation.
 6. Contribute to the design of a new Siemens Energy-wide helpdesk for remote connection support by leveraging your helpdesk experience to propose innovative solutions, influence tool selection, and help shape the organizational structure.
What You Bring
 7. Degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
 8. Cisco certifications preferred (minimum CCNA).
 9. Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and service excellence.
 10. Extensive hands-on experience in configuring Cisco routers for cRSP applications.
 11. In-depth knowledge of the cRSP environment and expertise in configuring secure remote connections using various methods.
 12. A strong commitment to continuous learning, combined with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
