You will help Mondelēz International implement the right business capabilities, powered by better data and services to serve the needs of our Customer and Consumers.
The Position
The DACH (Deutschland, Austria, Switzerland) area has a net revenue of ~$2.6BN with strong plans to deliver our V2030 (Vision) Growth and Digital transformation. The cluster is a highly complex area with diverse markets/ businesses / brands, an aggressive growth agenda (both organic and inorganic), and with a demand for Technology and Digital interventions which continues to remain high.
The DACH BU Lead sits as part of the extended DACH Area team (along with the Country Managing Directors and Functional Directors) to drive the overall Digital Transformation.
The role is responsible for developing Digital strategies to enable top and bottom-line growth and delivering productivity and competitive advantage leveraging Digital technologies, driving Digital culture and Digital capabilities. S/he is overall accountable for all aspects of technology and shared service support leveraging regional and global digital services teams and services, ensuring base technology runs smoothly and effectively in the markets.
Candidate Profile
We seek a dynamic, business savvy and courageous digital leader with a strong track record of leading digital transformation and delivery via a matrix organization model in a multi-national and multi-functional business environment. S/he will be familiar with technology products and industry leading solutions relevant for FMCG industry. S/he will be familiar with operating in a BPO/ITO environment leveraging internal and external capabilities to own/deliver digital agenda and engage effectively business owners and technology teams accountable for delivery.
Knowledge, Experience and Education

1. Experience: extensive experience in IT and digital technology applied to business functions, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
2. Digital Acumen: proven experience in defining roadmaps and implementing digital capabilities & cutting-edge technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of how these capabilities drive business outcomes. Business acumen of DACH markets is a plus.
3. Strategic Execution: Proven experience in executing successful digital strategies that deliver sustainable earnings and a competitive advantage.
4. Governance Expertise: Deep understanding of governance models, IT security, and data & digital ethics, with experience in systemizing them within IT governance solutions.
5. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, interact credibly with senior leadership, and drive results in a large, complex multinational organization.
6. Digital Product Expertise: Experienced in multitude of industry leading IT products - Sales tech (SFA, TPM, RGM), Consumer tech (CDP), Data Analytics (Data Hub), Emerging Technologies, ERP (SAP), and other Front and Back-office IT solutions
7. Education: Master’s degree in Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent. Business Relationship Management, Data, and Digital certifications are a plus.

Other Position Parameters
The role reports to the MDS SVP Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and Regional CIO and is a member of the MDS MEU Leadership Team and DACH Leadership team.
High fluency in German and English is mandatory.
