Join our Finance R&D department as a Financial Analyst, Specialty/R&D, where you will play a crucial role in supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, enhance reporting processes, and provide financial insights that drive decision-making within STADA and its Bioceuticals division.
What You Can Expect
* You support Bioceuticals month-end closing activities, including sales flash, closing checks, liquidity forecast, and inventory reconciliation with external CMOs.
* You assist with Bioceuticals year-end closing by providing requested information, aligning with auditors, preparing the annual report, and coordinating with Accounting.
* You contribute to Bioceuticals forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning efforts to ensure accurate financial management.
* You analyze financial information and prepare normalized data to support meaningful presentations for Bioceuticals Supervisory Board and Annual General Meeting.
* You handle global functional reporting such as FTE data, cost center, and project reporting, providing accurate and timely financial information for business review.
* You drive and support automation of reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and maintain interactive dashboards.
* You work on business partnering projects that support STADA’s development pipeline and product launches.
Who We Are Looking For
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* You possess 2-3 years of experience in controlling and/or financial analysis.
* You have experience in using SAP/SAC.
* You are an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
* You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
* You are organized, structured, and methodical with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
* You are self-motivated with a passion for contributing value beyond just the numbers.
* You have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
