About the position: Join us on the American Express Shop Small campaign, commencing 23 July and running for approximately six weeks (with potential for more)! As the face of American Express, you will visit existing small-to-medium-sized merchants within your allocated territory, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience (no sales!) Using your excellent communication and customer service skills, you will promote the benefits and services of American Express to both existing and newly acquired merchants. This role will include: Ensuring American Express services, signage, merchandise and messaging are maximised across all merchants. A designated cluster of merchants to allow you to focus your attention. Offering new services and products whilst also providing an understanding of the current offers and services. Collecting merchant feedback and insights to provide American Express an understanding of how best to support the needs and requirements of small merchants within Australia.
