MEP Design Manager | Data Centres | Düsseldorf, Germany
We're seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering major Data Centre projects in Düsseldorf.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead MEP design coordination from pre-construction through commissioning
* Manage consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders
* Ensure design compliance with project standards, programme and budget
* Drive BIM coordination, design reviews and value engineering
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* 8+ years' experience in Design Management or MEP Engineering
* Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharma or Advanced Technology project experience
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Infrastructure and BIM coordination
