Job Title
We are seeking an IT Administrator to assume key responsibilities within our Infrastructure Services division, specifically in the Competence Center Network, Unified Communication team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing unified communication systems, video conferencing infrastructure, and other applications. Key duties include planning, conception, further development, implementation, administration, and maintenance.
We require a bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable relevant degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework. At least two years of professional experience in system integration or application development is also necessary.
* Solid knowledge of communication technologies is essential.
* Experience with video conferencing systems and services is required.
* Familiarity with Web UI, VM Ware, CLI, SFTP is necessary.
* Data protection and data security knowledge is required.
* Excellent customer service and project management skills are crucial.
