Your responsibilities
As a Business Process Engineer with EP Equipment you will analyze and improve our core business processes across sales, service, logistics and operations. You will work closely with business departments to identify inefficiencies, design improved workflows and support the implementation of digital solutions.
Your goal is to create efficient, scalable and data-driven processes that support the growth of our business.
Process Analysis & Optimization
* Analyze and document existing business processes across sales, service, logistics and back-office functions
* Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and automation opportunities
* Design and implement improved workflows and standardized processes
Digitalization & Automation
* Support the digitalization of manual processes
* Develop and Implement AI driven tools to streamline and improve business efficiency
* Implement automation solutions and system integrations
* Collaborate with IT and software providers to implement process improvements
Support the Implementation and adaptation of SAP S4/HANAData & Reporting
* Ensure consistent data structures across systems (ERP, CRM, service systems)
* Develop automated reports and dashboards for management and operational teams
* Support data-driven decision-making across departments
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with departments such as sales, service, logistics and finance
* Translate business requirements into system and process improvements
* Train employees on new processes and tools
Your profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or similar
* Experience in process optimization, operations or business analysis
* Understanding of ERP and CRM systems (SAP, HubSpot) and business processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Interest in digitalization and automation
* Experience with data analysis or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
