What You’ll Do
As Amazon eTrade Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team located across the region, reporting directly to the Amazon EU Commercial Director.
You’ll get to:
1. You will own the full sales cycle of our products on Amazon for your assigned markets and categories, from listing products to developing activation plans with partners.
2. You will analyze your market to identify the most important brands and categories, collaborating with Amazon Key Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance.
3. You will maximize sell-out performance by managing Glance Views, Conversion, and ASP at the Sourcing/Manufacturing PCOGS level.
4. You will leverage your SEO/SEA expertise and Amazon native tools (such as Vendor Central, Vine, and Bundling) to improve conversion rates, maintain low RepOOS%, and plan impactful deals to win market share during key moments.
5. You will engage with our agency to communicate strategic priorities, monitor advertising performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR), and optimize campaigns through regular collaboration.
6. You will ensure our trade-up strategy is transparent to shoppers and create cross-selling opportunities across product ranges.
7. You will report weekly on POS performance, applying the Pareto and 5 Whys approaches to identify key insights.
8. You will continuously monitor and adapt to the online competitive landscape to secure our target channel position and develop best practices for Amazon e-commerce and digital marketing.
9. You will maintain regular contact with the AVS responsible for your brands and categories at the European level.
10. You will actively defend our brand through Brand Registry, working closely with the legal department and SBU teams to protect our interests
