Are you driven by creating great customer experiences and leading a small, passionate team? Then you might be the one we’re looking for as our new Showroom Manager.
Our journey began in Denmark in 2016, and we’re proud to now open our very first showroom in Germany – right here in Hamburg. Moebelkompagniet is a furniture company built on passion, honesty, and a strong customer focus. We aim to offer furniture we would proudly own ourselves—at a price point that’s accessible for most people. As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a Showroom Manager to help lead our exciting next chapter.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Advising and selling to our customers and visitors in the showroom
* Driving the showroom’s sales performance and KPIs
* Recruiting and onboarding new team members
* Training and developing staff in sales and service
* Conducting regular check-ins and well-being talks
* Creating and managing staff schedules
* Planning and coordinating in-store events
* Ensuring showroom standards match our brand at all times
As our Showroom Manager, you’ll set the tone for a great customer experience while always keeping an eye on sales and performance. You will lead by example, making sure our customers are welcomed by a helpful team and inspiring surroundings. Since the space is still being prepared for opening, you will have the opportunity to take part in shaping your new workplace from day one.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in retail or showroom sales
* Experience as a store manager or team lead
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Ability to step in and support your team when needed
* Fluency in German, Danish and English (other languages are a plus)

Practical Information
We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible. Shifts will typically fall between 10 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. You should be available every second weekend (e.g. 10 AM–6 PM).
