Working Student Digital Risk

Then apply for a working student position and become part of the Enterprise Risk Management team at the HARTMANN GROUP. To support our team, we are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
* Support of the Enterprise Risk Management team in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
* Independent development of smaller functions up to full applications using no-code and low-code approaches, including the application of the latest large language models
* Maintenance and optimization of existing repositories and project boards within Enterprise Risk Management
* Support in the further development of quantitative risk models in Python (depending on the candidate’s skill profile)
Qualifications:
* Basic programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) are required
* Initial experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, etc.) is an advantage
* Understanding of data models and relational databases (e.g., data types, table relationships, basic SQL knowledge)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable
* Basic understanding of Power FX or willingness to quickly learn declarative programming languages
* Experience with version control (e.g., Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps) and collaborative development
* Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
* Interest in AI-supported development, e.g., through the use of large language models for code generation
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, especially when working with new technologies and tools
* Team player with strong communication skills, including in a virtual international environmentFluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
