AI Implementation & Support Specialist (Working Student) We're looking for Implementation Specialists to ensure our customers get the most value from our AI agents. Part-time · Hybrid - Amsterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch or Berlin The team As part of our tight-knit Implementation & Support team, you’ll be the first friendly face our customers see when they need a hand. We’re a bunch of curious and optimistic teammates who jump in to solve problems, share knowledge and keep our customers smiling. Your impact You’ll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring they get the most value from our AI agents. And take care that they feel supported and understood. You’ll be their advocate, and you'll help them to unlock the full potential of Neople through implementation support and thoughtful problem-solving. Your direct impact will be visible in how effectively customers integrate and train their AI agents and a high customer satisfaction score. A proven interest in AI technology is essential, as you'll be helping customers understand, onboard, and train their AI agents to achieve optimal results. Your Responsibilities Ticket management - deliver warm and timely support to our customers via our contact center. This can sometimes be through 1:1 chats or jumping on a short video call. Troubleshoot - resolve and escalate customer questions with precision and creativity. Cross-functional collaboration - collaborate with your teammates, like Customer Success and Tech, to ensure we’re always getting better and faster at helping our customers. Improve AI Agents - help to train the Neople to their next performance level based on incoming questions. Feedback loop - share customer feedback with broader teams to help shape our product and customer experience. Knowledge base management - create and update resources to empower customers to self-serve and feel confident. About you Empathy – you’re a great listener and love helping people.
