Job Description
This role involves leading the evaluation of new opportunities in the generics & specialty generics segment. You will drive cross-functional and cross-geographical projects, and build a robust generics & specialty generics pipeline.
You will identify and drive product opportunities globally, leading evaluations across stakeholders, prepare and present business cases for new product developments to top management, provide in-depth analysis on indications, trends, challenges, opportunities, and unmet medical needs, act as the key contact for allocated products, including future trends and gap analysis, evaluate opportunities for in-licensing, co-development, and your own development for new projects, support affiliates from product idea to launch, build strong relationships with corporate departments, conduct strategic risk assessments and prioritize pipeline products, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering continuous learning, lead efforts to gather and analyze market intelligence, drive innovation initiatives within the team, establish and monitor KPIs to track portfolio success.
