Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team in Oberhausen and drive end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of functions.
Your Responsibilities
As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment in Germany, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent:
* End-to-End Recruitment
: Manage the full lifecycle from intake with hiring managers, job description drafting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
* Business Partnering
: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership, advising them on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices.
* Sourcing Excellence
: Proactively identify and engage talent using LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
* Interview Management
: Organize and lead structured interview processes, ensuring consistency, candidate experience, and alignment with JD standards.
* Stakeholder Communication
: Act as the bridge between HR, management, and candidates to ensure smooth and transparent communication throughout the process.
* Process Optimization
: Continuously improve recruitment processes, metrics, and candidate pipelines to meet the evolving needs of a fast-growing organization.
* Employer Branding
: Support initiatives to strengthen JD Logistics' employer brand in Germany and Europe, including job fairs, social media presence, and candidate experience.
* Compliance & Documentation
: Ensure all recruitment activities are fully compliant with German labor law and JD internal policies.
* Mentoring
: Provide guidance to junior recruiters or coordinators within the team.
Your Profile
* Completed university degree or equivalent training in HR, Business, or related field.
* Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
, ideally in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or fast-paced international environments.
* Proven track record in
end-to-end recruitment
across different functions and levels.
* Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
* Languages
: German (fluent/native level) and English (business fluent) are a must.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
* High resilience, hands-on mentality, and passion for building teams in a dynamic, growing environment.
* Solid knowledge of German labor market, recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing channels.
