Job Description:
* Greet and assist customers by providing knowledgeable suggestions based on a deep understanding of Xiaomi products
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling both cash and card payments in compliance with store policies
* Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves according to guidelines, and support promotional setups and visual merchandising
* Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and promotions
* Support the store manager with additional tasks as required
* Drive sales performance by achieving targets and monitoring sales trends across product categories and customer profiles
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail or the electronics industry is preferred
* Strong interest in sales and a fast learner
* Fluent in German; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for technology and consumer electronics
* Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a willingness to grow
