Marketing Manager
A global tech and entertainment company is looking for a driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to support its Growth team and accelerate subscription and engagement across Europe, Australia and New Zealand for a 7-month contract!
This role is highly execution-focused, with ownership of customer promotions and incentive-based campaigns, using data and experimentation to improve acquisition, conversion and retention. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions and having a direct impact on how millions of users engage with a leading digital platform.

Responsibilities
* Own and execute growth marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on customer promotions and incentives
* Develop, launch and optimise campaigns to drive subscriptions and engagement
* Analyse campaign performance and use data to identify optimisation opportunities
* Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve conversion and customer experience
* Collaborate with EU and US stakeholders to implement and scale successful initiatives
* Identify opportunities to expand and scale promotions across markets
* Drive innovation, automation and efficiency in marketing processes
Requirements
* Experience in growth, performance, CRM or lifecycle marketing
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
* Proven experience running and optimising marketing campaigns end-to-end
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in an international/matrix organisation
* Interest in digital products, subscriptions, or streaming services is a plus
