Your Contribution
As a Foundry Engineer – Global Process Expert (m/f/d), you will take global responsibility for the strategic management and continuous optimization of the foundry production process.
1. Strategic responsibility for all technical aspects of in-house processes across global plants
2. Development, maintenance, and further enhancement of global process standards and guidelines
3. Preparation and updating of process documentation and ensuring international implementation
4. Leading process reviews and consistently following up on improvement measures
5. Analyzing complex quality deviations and deriving sustainable solutions
6. Strategic development and management of supplier relationships and building a high-performing supplier portfolio
7. Ensuring technological advancement in collaboration with external partners
8. Leading cross-functional projects for process optimization and standardization
Your Experience and Qualifications
9. Degree in metallurgy or foundry science
10. Extensive experience in process and production technology within foundry engineering
11. Proven expertise in managing complex projects and working with international stakeholders
12. Solid knowledge of process analysis, quality management, and global standardization
13. Strong ability to understand complex technical contexts and develop practical solutions
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as decisiveness in challenging situations
15. Proficient in MS Office and basic database applications
16. Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
17. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and work in dynamic environments
