What will you do? Perform the day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of Luxembourg companies under LuxGAAP, with the supervision of team members / manager; Prepare working files and annual accounts in the firm’s digital workflow tools, ensuring files are complete, documented and ready for managerial review; Prepare reports for periodic closings and annual financial statements; Prepare periodic and annual VAT and direct tax returns, with guidance from specialist teams where needed (trainings can be provided by our specialist teams if needed); Ensure the financial follow-up of clients; Coordinate client management with other departments (accounting, tax, corporate and legal) to ensure timely completion, review and follow-up of client deliverables.
This offer is for you if: Master’s degree in accounting or finance, or at minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
You show a strong interest in accounting, accounting digitalisation and data processing.
Up to 1 year of experience, following an internship or demonstrated interest in accounting and tax.
Fluency in French mandatory and a B2 level in English is required.
Italian is an asset.
German is an asset.
You have excellent organisation skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
You have a strong sense of time management to ensure adherence to the defined budget.
You demonstrate a strong willingness and motivation to learn and show a strong sense of responsibility and engagement.
You have good written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, present findings and prepare client presentations. xniyctf
You communicate effectively with clients to request the necessary documentation for the completion of the assigned tasks.
