Job Description
* Manage IFRS-based financial reporting for multiple legal entities (monthly, quarterly, annually), including consolidation
* Lead and develop a team of four group accountants
* Ensure accurate presentation of financial statements and execution of IFRS adjustments from HGB
* Contribute to internal and external audit processes
* Drive improvements in reporting processes and align with key stakeholders
* Ensure timely and compliant financial closings across the group
Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is a plus
* Several years of experience in audit and financial reporting with strong IFRS knowledge, preferably in a dynamic environment
* Proven leadership experience managing a small team
* Experience with Lucanet and advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools is a plus
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
