We are looking for
a Planning Advisor to join our team supporting the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) region. Based in Leverkusen, Germany (hybrid working model), this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and working in an international environment.
You will play a key role in resource planning, coordinating customer activities, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and coordinate customer visits and activities, ensuring optimal use of assessors and resources
2. Manage scheduling in line with business SLAs, utilisation targets, and accreditation requirements
3. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries promptly
4. Coordinate activities for key and large accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met
5. Support the RFAT process, ensuring timely communication between offices
6. Maintain accurate and complete data in internal systems (BA&IS)
7. Monitor occupancy rates and key performance indicators
8. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, cost structures, and budgets
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
10. Escalate service delivery issues when necessary
11. Contribute to team initiatives, meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
12. Support knowledge sharing related to certification products, systems, and processes
Your Profile
13. Experience in customer service or customer relationship management
14. Strong communication skills with a diplomatic approach and ability to set boundaries
15. Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
17. High attention to detail and structured way of working
18. Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
19. Fluency in English and Czech (written and spoken)
