What You’ll Be Doing Lead Pay Transparency Initiatives – Help clients comply with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and global legislation. Design Competitive Reward Systems – Salary structures, bonus schemes, benefits policies tailored to client strategy. Champion Fairness & DE&I – Use data-driven insights to close pay gaps and foster trust. Advise Across Borders – Work with diverse clients across sectors and countries. Drive Business Growth – Manage complex projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Reward Consulting. Expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, career architecture, performance management, and executive pay. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
