Events Manager / Retail Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Trade Marketing and Events Manager (m/f/d) who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.
Working in partnership with all our brands this person will apply the highest standards of marketing excellence, as well as plan and execute all events in Wertheim Village.
This is a brilliant next step for someone who is a strong trade marketeer but would love to broaden their role across strategy and event management.
About the role
* Being the key partner to our brands for all marketing activities.
* Executing all brand activities and events in Wertheim Village.
* Develop 360° Trade Marketing plans.
* Manage the Retail Marketing budget.
* Lead and develop the retail marketing team
Role requirements – all about you
The you are passionate about fashion and style, and able to curate an elevated experience in the village, leveraging both tactical and positioning moments.
* Broad long-term experience (at least 8 years) in premium or luxury trade marketing
* Experience in planning events from concept to execution.
* People leadership and development of high performing teams
* Fluent in English & German. Additional languages are a plus
