Business Coordination Trainee Role
The Business Coordination Trainee will provide critical support to the day-to-day operations of the Business Coordination Team in onboarding and relationship management of Asset Managers, Custodian Banks, and brokers.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Support decision making regarding specific cases by analyzing data and providing insightful recommendations.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with all partners at all stages of onboarding.
* Monitor brokers' licenses and ensure timely follow-up of requests.
* Streamline the creation of credentials and assist brokers with access to secured websites.
* Conduct thorough due diligence updates and reviews on Asset Managers and Custodian Banks.
* Custodian Banks accounts opening and coordination with IT departments.
* Perform other duties assigned by the manager or required by the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
* Previous experience as a student/trainee in banking/insurance industry.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
* Fluent French and English; any additional language is an asset.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent team spirit.
