Responsibilities
1. International IT transition program, taking over key vendor management tasks
2. Manage provider relationships and governance (meetings, KPIs, reporting)
3. Review and refine SoWs, SLAs and service documentation
4. Coordinate with international teams across multiple countries
5. Prepare and deliver presentations for senior and C-level stakeholders
Profile
6. IT experience, ideally in managerial or project lead roles
7. Strong background in IT outsourcing or transition projects (client and/or provider side)
8. Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and application environments
