Project Director Position
This role involves leading a team of project managers to ensure efficient execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate project managers to achieve project goals.
* Drive the portfolio of ongoing projects, ensuring proper risk management and aligned with company strategy.
* Review and evaluate project requests, streamlining business case review and evaluation process.
* Contribute to budget elaboration by reviewing and controlling budget and portfolio roadmap.
* Lead strategic initiatives to derive a value-driven project portfolio with a consolidated view on all relevant projects.
* Facilitate cross-department collaboration and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in project management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of work experience in a management role, demonstrating leadership skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to deliver results.
* Results-orientated, with clear focus on achieving objectives and strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German.
