You should bring strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and fluency in English, with a passion for advising HNWIs on complex cross-border tax and succession planning matters. General Responsibilities Provide practical, commercial advice to international clients on Italian tax structuring and cross-border planning Apply deep knowledge of Italian tax law to high-value, complex matters Manage a substantial and varied caseload efficiently and cost-effectively with appropriate supervision Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and intermediaries Draft and review complex legal documents with minimal supervision Conduct in-depth legal research and provide accurate, actionable recommendations Mentor and supervise junior team members where appropriate Actively participate in marketing initiatives, client presentations, and seminars Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practice development Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations (including SRA Standards and Principles) Qualifications Italian qualified (Avvocato or Dottore Commercialista) with a minimum of 4 years experience in Italian tax law Fluency in written and spoken English Experience in Italian private client tax matters is highly advantageous STEP qualification preferred but not essential Strong problem-solving ability with commercial awareness Highly detail-oriented with exceptional drafting and analytical skills A proactive, self-motivated team player able to manage multiple priorities Strong client relationship and communication skills Willingness to go the extra mile in delivering service excellence Strong IT literacy, including MS Office (Excel and Word) Note: We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure that your information is secure and only shared with potential employers with your explicit consent to ensure confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
