</div><div><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>MDM Lead </strong>(m/f/d) to drive the end-to-end coordination of Master Data Management across data domains, with a strong focus on <strong>harmonizing product master data across markets</strong>. This role is key to establishing a <strong>single, trusted, and AI-ready product data foundation</strong> that improves customer experience and enables scalable <strong>agentic commerce and AI solutions</strong>.</p>
<p>Lead the evolution of a <strong>holistic MDM approach across people, processes, data, and technology</strong>, ensuring consistent standards, high data quality, and strong governance. A core success factor is the <strong>enrichment and standardization of product data at scale</strong>, enabling faster deployment of AI use cases, increased data usability, and seamless collaboration between business and technology functions.</p>

<li>Leadership and coordination of MDM initiatives across data domains, with establishment of a consistent governance and operating model</li>
<li>Global harmonization of product master data through the definition of standards, taxonomies, and data models across markets</li>
<li>Enablement and enrichment of product master data to support AI-driven use cases, agentic commerce, and enhanced customer experience</li>
<li>Strong promotion and adoption of AI for the creation, classification, and maintenance of product master data</li>
<li>Close collaboration with Technology teams for architecture definition and leadership of MDM solution and data flow implementation</li>
<li>Stakeholder alignment across Category Management, Digital, Product, and country organizations to ensure adoption of standards and processes</li>
<li>End-to-end integration of MDM across people, processes, data, and technology to establish a scalable and future-ready ecosystem</li>

<li>Proven leadership experience in Master Data Management, preferably in global environments</li>
<li>Deep expertise in product master data, including data modeling, harmonization, and governance</li>
<li>Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in data management and automation</li>
<li>Experience working closely with IT on system architecture and MDM platform implementation</li>
<li>Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives and drive cross-functional alignment</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills</li>
<li>Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach and passion for data and AI-driven transformation</li>
