We are looking for an independent, responsible and dedicated Partner’s Assistant for our Heidelberg office to start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.
What you can expect:
* Supporting our team for 20-40 hours per week
* Ensuring the smooth running of the partner’s department as a reliable and independent assistant
* Preparing presentations
* Organising events
* Managing and keeping track of e-mail inboxes and telephone calls
* Writing up correspondence
* Booking and invoicing business trips and other appointments
Your profile:
* Relevant professional experience in a (legal) consulting firm doing similar work
* Independent, dependable and flexible working style
* Excellent organisational skills
* Very strong command of German
* Strong written and spoken English skills are advantageous but not necessary
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
