Setter for Stamping Department (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Setup & Changeovers: You are responsible for the professional setup and adjustment of our state-of-the-art automatic stamping presses for new production runs.
* Machine Operation: You operate the production lines throughout the entire manufacturing process and ensure a smooth workflow.
* Quality Assurance: You continuously inspect manufactured parts and independently record measurement data in our QA software.
* Tool Maintenance: You perform repairs and maintenance directly on the stamping tools to minimize downtime.
* Precision Work: Grinding tool components and fine-tuning adjustments are also part of your core responsibilities.
* Inventory Management: You monitor and document spare parts inventory to ensure all necessary components are always at hand.
Your profile:
* Qualification: You have completed technical vocational training (e.g., Tool Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification).
* Experience: Previous experience in stamping and forming technology, as well as experience with automatic stamping presses, is required.
* Technical Skills: You have a keen eye for precision and are confident in using measuring instruments and grinding tools.
* Work Ethic: You work reliably and independently, maintaining a high standard of quality awareness.
* IT Basics: You are comfortable using digital systems for data entry (QA programs).
* Flexibility: You are willing to work in a shift system (e.g., 3-shift rotation).
