Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer inquiries related to e-commerce products, orders, returns, and services via phone, email, and chat in German.
* Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the checkout process.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
* Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.

Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
