Responsibilities:
* Work in a hybrid working model (with flexibility)
* Lead and develop the DDoS Defence team
* Own and manage the DDoS defence portfolio
* Disciplinary Management for the team
* Lead hiring and team growth
* Act as a key interface between engineering, architecture, product, and senior management
* Drive the development and roadmap of the in-house DDoS protection product
* Provide technical leadership in:
o DDoS mitigation
o Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
* Traffic scrubbing and defence mechanisms
* Support architectural and strategic security decisions
* Occasional travel as required
Skills/Must have:
* Several years of experience in DDoS protection, network security, or large-scale security environments
* Proven people management experience in a leadership role
* Strong understanding of:
* DDoS mitigation strategies
* Web Application Firewalls
* Scrubbing centres / traffic mitigation
* Experience owning or operating security platforms or products
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model (onsite presence required)
Salary:
* Salary up to €110,000 per year (depending on experience and availability)
