PROCUREMENT INTERN (M/F/D)
At Coty we are looking for ambitious Procurement Interns with a hands-on mentality for a duration of at least 6 months. As a Procurement Intern you will be working with our Indirect Procurement team for DACH and CEE based in our office in Darmstadt. This internship will start per April, 1st 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES
6. Conduct mapping of usage and expenditure by markets.
7. Connect with potential partners by sharing consultation materials and gathering their innovative idea.
8. Evaluate creative proposals and deliver actionable recommendations to our marketing teams.
9. Assist in drafting specifications for tender documents.
10. Send consultation files to suppliers.
11. Analyse offers and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
12. Assist in the contractual process.
13. Provide support for environmental and social initiatives.
14. Foster engagement in environmental and social responsibilities.
15. Manage owned Project with local stakeholders from Marketing and Merchandising
16. Analyse categories spend data, summarize key findings, and make recommendations to Category Management Team.
17. Responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement goals and ensuring effective implementation of related strategies and solutions.
18. Act as the main point of contact for supplier compliance for Category Management Team.
19. Collaborate with Category Managers on Sourcing and Category Strategies
20. Participate in supplier Quarterly Business Reviews
21. Drive decision making through analysis.

THE IDEAL COTY FIT
23. Student (Master) or Bachelor degree
24. Affinity for Digital Marketing and Merchandising in Beauty sector
25. Analytical, knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI Tools)
26. Proactive, agile, and hands-on, passion to solve problems and drive for results
27. Good communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
28. Quick learner and motivated to cultivate technical, business and commercial skills by applying their knowledge within our company’s environment.
29. Fluent in German and English, Polish is a plus
30. Previous experience in Marketing or Procurement is a plus
