Job Description
Amazon is seeking reliable and efficient Package Delivery Drivers (DMV3) to join our team in Neubrandenburg, Germany. As a key member of our logistics network, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their packages on time and with a smile.
* Load, transport, and deliver packages to Amazon customers in the Neubrandenburg area
* Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
* Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
* Use a handheld device to track and report deliveries
* Provide excellent customer service, including communicating with recipients as needed
* Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
* Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations
* Handle packages with care and attention to detail
* Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
* Valid DMV3 class driver's license
* Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds (32 kg)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in navigation and route planning
* Basic smartphone and technology skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent customer service orientation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Familiarity with Neubrandenburg area and local traffic patterns preferred
* Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
* Fluency in German; English language skills are beneficial
