We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (f/d/m) who loves a challenge and can't wait to grow CEEZER with exceptional talent.
YOUR MISSION
* Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle at CEEZER to hire exceptional talent, from sourcing to signature.
* Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies.
* Proactively build and maintain a robust top-tier talent pipeline to support our rapid growth and future hiring needs, leveraging networking and headhunting.
* Leverage data to develop metrics that will push our recruitment process to the next level.
* Provide a stellar candidate experience that reflects CEEZER's values and turns applicants into ambassadors.
* Stay ahead of hiring trends, proactively introduce new tools, channels, and tactics to keep CEEZER's recruitment at the cutting edge.
* Support and upskill hiring managers and interviewers to maintain consistency and high quality throughout our recruitment process.
* Contribute to strategic projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruitment, tool implementation, and more.
What You Need To Succeed
* Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-growth companies, with experience in GTM and tech roles.
* Exuding enthusiasm and passion, creating a compelling candidate experience that makes people want to be part of the team.
* A deep understanding of the talent market and challenges of recruitment for a scaling startup.
* Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
* Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to switch context across multiple hiring pipelines.
* Business-oriented mindset with a strong sense of commitment.
* Quickly adaptable to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
* Perfect fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
* A valid work permit for Germany.
