How you will contribute:
1. Account management within Dubai & Northern Emirates
2. Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
3. Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors)
4. Review enquiries and Guide application team in making quotations & submittals
5. Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant
6. Familiarity with the industry trends and competition
7. Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms
8. Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers
9. Project payment follow up and realization
10. Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
11. Input, monitor and update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management
What you need succeed:
12. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant
13. At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector
14. Successful track record in the UAE, especially in Dubai and Northern Emirates market and HVAC industry
15. Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions
16. Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside products and VRV/VRF
17. Fluency in English, Arabic language is an advantage
18. UAE Driving license
