Area of Responsibilities:
* Strategic Workforce Management - build up internal competences as well as external partnerships required to design and delivery solutions for area of responsibility (AoR).
* Roadmap planning together with business stakeholder.
* IT Delivery of strategic projects & initiatives.
* Pro-actively drive continuous improvements and innovation.
* Evolvement of technical architecture based on business requirements and development.
* Proactively drive digitalization initiatives within the domain.
* Be an ambassador for digital solutions.
Profile of Qualifications:
* Successfully completed studies in business, technology, science, or a comparable field.
* Several years of experience in the consumer goods industry and omnichannel processes, including B2B, eCommerce, and offline retail.
* Proficient in SAP ERP (Order to Cash).
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce technology (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, SF Core), Order Management systems, and integrations with Consumer Data Platforms, POS Systems, Warehouse Management, and SAP.
* Experience in Web & App Development.
* Deep understanding of omnichannel processes to quickly grasp complex problems and develop effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams to achieve project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.

* Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
