Your Mission

You will ensure every customer not only succeeds but thrives with our platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers on consulting-like projects that span efficiency gains, sustainability initiatives, cost optimisation, go-to-market strategy, and change management.

* Onboarding & Adoption: Create scalable onboarding journeys for customers.
* Project Ownership: Lead implementation projects across different management levels in customer organisations.
* Strategic Partner: Build trust, identify opportunities, and support customers in achieving their business goals.
* Product Influence: Be the voice of the customer, feeding insights, challenges, and ideas into our roadmap.
* Scaling Success: Develop best practices and playbooks to grow Customer Success alongside us.


Your Skillset

You will be a strong fit if you have:

* Experience driving measurable results in fast-paced environments.
* A customer-first mindset, understanding customer needs and translating them into long-term success.
* Project management strength, handling multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
* Communication excellence, confident, proactive, and persuasive across cultures and seniority levels.
* Solution-oriented & curious, diving into problems and exploring industry insights.
* Commercial awareness, identifying opportunities for growth, renewal, and upsell.
