Role As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial functions at Intrinsic operate effectively. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with amazing and talented people across Intrinsic’s functions. Working primarily with business development, market intelligence, marketing and communications, you’ll apply simple, yet effective program management practices to help these teams coordinate their efforts in quarterly planning cycles. You will facilitate the flow of information – not only between these core functions, but also between them and various cross-functional go-to-market programs. A core part of your work will involve managing resource requests and commitments, with the specific goal of providing clear expectations for the teams as they plan and execute their work each quarter. You will focus on bringing clarity and structure to cross-functional interactions within the commercial group, enabling efficient execution and collaboration and acting as a central point of coordination that helps bind these diverse efforts together. You will collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering Operations team to ensure that practices and processes go hand in hand – from first customer contact to continuous product support. How your work moves the mission forward Facilitate continuous communication and alignment between global commercial functions and go-to-market programs. Enable these teams to secure necessary resources by clarifying requirements, coordinating requests, and articulating commitments – especially as part of our quarterly planning cycles. Streamline workflows and processes across commercial teams to maximize their autonomy while ensuring the sum of practices and processes optimize Intrinsic’s needs overall. Maintain a global overview and provide visibility into the status of ongoing projects and cross-functional dependencies. Support the regional European business development team in managing their pipeline health and tracking outreach efforts, customer engagements, contracts and orders. Skills you will need to be successful Ability to facilitate complex discussions and drive alignment between diverse stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience in establishing and applying resource planning and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Critical Path, etc) and comfortable adapting and leveraging these frameworks in ambiguous settings. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various audiences. Exceptionally organized, proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Demonstrated experience supporting commercial functions and go-to-market programs, coupled with a strong business acumen including understanding of sales processes, business models, and pricing structures, with the ability to articulate cost/value arguments effectively Skills that will differentiate your candidacy Prior experience in a business development or sales operations team, managing prospects, opportunities, contracts and orders in a CRM system. MBA (Master of Business Administration) Experience managing, forecasting and tracking budgets. Ability to analyze and visualize data to report on pipeline health and inform operational decisions.
