We are looking for a motivated Working Student (20h/week) to support our Finance & Controlling team. This role is ideal for students who want to deepen their financial knowledge, gain hands-on experience in corporate controlling, and contribute to key financial processes within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities
* Support the preparation and analysis of financial data, KPIs, and management dashboards
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Help maintain and improve internal controlling processes and documentation
* Prepare presentations, reports, and financial summaries using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate financial insights
* Support ad‑hoc analyses and finance-related projects
Requirements
* Currently enrolled at a German university, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, or a related field
* First practical experience in controlling, accounting, or other finance-related tasks is a strong advantage
* Solid understanding of financial concepts and interest in corporate finance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong attention to detail
* Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
* Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup; office presence required on selected days
