As a central interface between researchers, administrative units, and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective collaboration across partner institutions, with a strong focus on our activities within European research networks. By bringing in your expertise, you will actively contribute to building sustainable bridges in biomedical research and advancing innovative solutions that address both technical and medico-legal challenges related to data sharing in complex international research environments. Your Tasks * Support the strategic planning and development of future European and international research initiatives and funding proposals * Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies * Support the principal investigators in the preparation and coordination of grant applications (including scientific aims, work plans, budgets, Gantt charts, and data protection sections) as well as scientific and financial reporting * Support projects with medico-legal tasks (e.g., create and negotiate data protection concepts according to GDPR) * Support the organization of seminars, retreats, and site visits to or by our international partners Your Profile We welcome applicants with diverse academic and professional backgrounds that intersect with project management, data governance, research infrastructure, or regulatory processes.
