We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator. This role is responsible for the administrative support of human resources processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment: Creating job postings, managing applicant tracking systems, and coordinating interviews.
* Employee Onboarding: Coordinating new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
* Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
* Performance Management: Maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
* Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee data in various HR systems.
* Supporting employees with questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
