Your efforts will play a key role in strengthening our team’s communication influence and supporting the overall success and reputation within the Automotive sector.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive a holistic communication strategy for ATV/Automotive, ensuring alignment with the division’s and segment’s overall directionDevelop and implement an integrated communication framework that reflects ATV’s strategy and overarching narrative for the Automotive segmentPlan and execute communication initiatives to position ATV’s vision, mission, and business objectives effectively with both internal and external audiencesLead, inspire, and mentor a diverse, high-performing communication team, championing a SPIRIT culture and fostering timely, structured decision-makingOversee stakeholder governance for all ATV communication topics, ensuring robust interfaces, structures, and processes are maintainedSteer and coordinate with cross-functional teams—such as Business Lines, Segment Automotive, Corporate Communications, and regional groups—by gathering input and delivering impactful communication outcomesDevelop and own overarching storylines on key ATV topics, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channelsImplement and refine qualitative and sustainable messaging approaches, leveraging analytics to maximize communication impact and valueExecute tailored communication activities on priority topics and channels, ensuring messages resonate with internal platforms and support external effortsProvide, manage, and continually enhance the skills of your team, as well as the technologies and tools needed to scale communication effortsChampion digitalization by enabling and applying generative AI technologies for content creation in ATV and Segment Automotive communicationsYour ProfileAs a Director of ATV Communications, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. Furthermore, you weigh up opportunities and risks carefully.
