Job Description
Main tasks:
* Monitoring of Customs & Foreign Trade processes within the supply chain
* Support in operational import and export processes
* Creation of reports and statistics
* Processing of training materials and presentations
* Maintenance of the intranet presence
* Support in administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in customs, foreign trade, and supply chain management.
* Basic understanding of import/export processes and international trade concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
* Good command of English (spoken and written); fluent German language skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports and statistics.
* Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
