Job Overview
As a Senior Solution Architect (m/w/d), you will guide our clients in ServiceNow implementations and advise them on deployment strategies. You will act as an experienced intermediary between our clients and IT specialists, translating ideas into practical solutions. Your detailed responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing and evaluating complex functional requirements and deriving solutions for ServiceNow implementation.
2. Developing comprehensive concepts for integrating ServiceNow solutions into client processes and IT landscapes, including use cases, reference architectures, demos, and sales arguments.
3. Managing high-complexity ServiceNow projects within the digital transformation of companies.
4. Assessing end-to-end scenarios for ServiceNow deployment, especially in healthcare (Health) and public administration (Public).
5. Collaborating with specialists from other corporate units on topics such as Cloud, Security, Monitoring, Billing, and Integration.
6. Preparing pitches and presentations for decision-makers at client sites and senior management/CxO level, including technical briefings and background information.
Candidate Profile
You possess solid knowledge of ServiceNow and have over 5 years of professional experience, having worked on ServiceNow from various perspectives—developer, consultant, project manager, or architect. Additionally, you should have:
* Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and architectures, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and management approaches.
* Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, and Technical Architect (at least two CIS certifications in areas like ITSM, FSM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, Risk & Compliance, Asset Management).
* At least 5 years of project experience in planning, designing, deploying, and optimizing sophisticated ServiceNow solutions integrated into existing IT landscapes.
* Exceptional skills in technical analysis and independent assessment of feasibility, effort, and ROI from a customer perspective.
* Experience with interface and integration technologies for connecting cloud services.
* Strong communication skills at both technical and decision-making levels, fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
